During your visit to our website, we will collect the following information when you place an order:

The date and time of the call on our website, the first name, the last name, their email address, their phone number, the payment method, the pickup time and pickup location, the cookies mentioned in

There is no obligation to actually provide those data that we ask you to provide on our website. However, if you do not do so, it will not be possible for you to use all the functions of the website or to order a ride.

2. Use of Google Maps

Essential for the calculation of your trip request and the verification of addresses is for us the use of Google Maps. For this purpose, the journey data you enter (destination or pick-up address) will be transmitted to Google in the course of the check, whose servers may be located outside of Europe.

You must explicitly agree to this data transfer in the course of your consent to the use of cookies and third-party services. If you do not agree, you will not be able to book your ride via this website. In this case we ask you to contact us by phone at +43 (0)1/7007-33141 to order your ride.


3.Cookies

So-called cookies are used on this website. A cookie is a small file that can be stored on your computer when you visit a website. We only use cookies on our website that are essential for placing orders. These so-called "session" cookies remain on your browser as long as you are on our website and are immediately deleted from your browser after you leave our website.


4. Purpose of data processing

We will process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • to efficiently process orders placed by you
  • to provide you with this website and to further improve and develop this website
  • to detect, prevent and investigate attacks on our website

The legal basis for processing your personal data is fulfillment of pre-contractual or contractual services

  • Contractors or drivers who are involved in the execution of the journey;
